Those who play online bingo regularly will tell you how convenient it is to be able to participate in your favourite leisure pursuit right in the comfort of your own home. Just imagine, you get in from the rain after a long, hard day at work. You plonk down your bag, put the kettle on the stove for some cocoa and feed the cat. Then you slip on some comfy clothes, settle in front of the computer with your cocoa and the fun begins! At least until the power goes out…

When many of our players initially sign up with Bingo Gringo they worry about what will happen to their game (and more importantly the money they bet on the game) should the power go out or some sort of mishap occur with their trusty computer. Luckily, the clever people that designed our operating system thought of everything. Here is what happens if you should go offline during a game.

First of all: once you’ve procured your bingo card you are in the game no matter if you are connected or not. The game outcome is generated at our remote servers, not on your individual computer, so if your card is a winner you will be credited with the winnings whether or not you were “digitally present”.

If you do get disconnected at would like to check whether you won, you may do so by checking your transactions at the Members area.
